Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note that this means that we will ship your order out within 3 days of receiving it. Shipping transit time is determined by the shipping method you choose at check out and is not included in the the shipment processing time.

Business Days: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 shipping times may take longer than normal.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

USPS will accept shipments to a P.O. Box.

UPS will NOT accept shipments to a P.O. Box.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking Information

You’ll receive and email with the shipment confirmation and tracking number when your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Suck It Socket is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Suck It Socket is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
